Isotropic stellar model in mimetic theory

چکیده

Abstract We investigate how to derive an isotropic stellar model in the frame of mimetic gravitational theory. Recently, this theory has gained big interest due its difference from Einstein’s general relativity (GR), especially domain non-vacuum solutions. In regard, we apply field equation a spherically symmetric ansatz and obtain over determined system non-linear differential equations which number is less than unknown functions. To overcome suppose specific form temporal component metric potential, $$g_{tt}$$ g tt , assume vanishing anisotropic condition spatial metric, $$g_{rr}$$ rr . discuss possibility that agreement with observed pulsars. examine stability use Tolman–Oppenheimer–Volkoff adiabatic index. Moreover, test using wide range values masses radii pulsars show they fit good way.

Model Representation for Self - Consistent - Field Theory of Isotropic Turbulence

In this paper, Langevin model equation is proposed for Fourier modes of velocity field of isotropic turbulence whose statistical properties are identical to those governed by equations of Self-Consistent-Field (SCF) theory of turbulence [J. R. Herring, Physics of Fluids 9, 2106 (1966)].

Noise-driven evolution in stellar systems: Theory

We present a theory for describing the evolution of a galaxy caused by stochastic events such as weak mergers, transient spiral structure, orbiting blobs, etc. This noise excites large-scale patterns that drives the evolution of the galactic density profile. In dark-matter haloes, the repeated stochastic perturbations preferentially ring the lowest-order modes of the halo with only a very weak ...

Phenomenological theory of isotropic-genesis nematic elastomers.

We consider the impact of the elastomer network on the nematic structure and fluctuations in isotropic-genesis nematic elastomers, via a phenomenological model that underscores the role of network compliance. The model contains a network-mediated nonlocal interaction as well as a new kind of random field that reflects the memory of the nematic order present at network formation and also encodes...
